基于流化床化學(xué)氣相沉積的碳化硅材料制備、性能及其在核領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用(英文)

采用流化床化學(xué)氣相沉積法(FB-CVD)制備了碳化硅包覆層,利用多尺度耦合模型對包覆過程進行了模擬,以提高包覆層的均勻性。開發(fā)了可應(yīng)用在核能領(lǐng)域的碳化硅材料,如致密碳化硅層、細晶粒碳化硅包覆層、碳化硅/碳/硅混合包覆層、多孔碳化硅包覆層、碳化硅納米線、碳化硅納米粒子等。為了評估碳化硅包覆層的可靠性,進行了極端條件下的模擬事故氧化考驗。對于以碳化硅為主要包覆層的燃料元件,在高通量核反應(yīng)堆中進行了輻照試驗,結(jié)果表明:該碳化硅包覆層材料在核應(yīng)用中的表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異。
