一種Eu 3+ 、Si 4+ 和Li + 共摻雜紅色熒光粉的制備(英文)

采用溶膠-凝膠法制備了一種Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu3+、0.04Si4+、0.25Li+紅色熒光粉,并使用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和熒光光譜儀對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和發(fā)光性能進(jìn)行了表征和研究。結(jié)果表明Ca0.5Mo0.96O4∶0.25Eu3+,0.04Si4+,0.25Li+紅色熒光粉可以在395、466和537 nm處同步激發(fā),最佳的激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)為綠光537 nm,主要的紅色發(fā)射峰位于618 nm。紅色熒光粉最佳的退火溫度和Eu3+摻雜量分別為800℃和0.25 mol,相較于未摻雜Si4+和Li+的紅色熒光粉,發(fā)射強(qiáng)度可以提高8倍。這種紅色熒光粉可以應(yīng)用到白光發(fā)光二極管(LED)中,因?yàn)樗謩e在近紫外光、藍(lán)光和綠光或它們的混合光的...
