基于片上波導(dǎo)的超靈敏探測(cè)與超分辨成像(英文)

本綜述介紹基于芯片的波導(dǎo)生物傳感和成像技術(shù)的最新研究進(jìn)展,這些技術(shù)可顯著降低系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜度。這些技術(shù)利用波導(dǎo)表面的近場(chǎng)倏逝場(chǎng)與周?chē)鷺悠樊a(chǎn)生相互作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)被檢測(cè)生物分子的高靈敏探測(cè)和微納樣品的高信噪比超分辨成像。相關(guān)檢測(cè)與成像波導(dǎo)芯片的制作過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)單,且同傳統(tǒng)半導(dǎo)體加工工藝兼容,具有大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用前景。通過(guò)與近年來(lái)快速發(fā)展的片上集成光源結(jié)合,這些技術(shù)為實(shí)現(xiàn)片上系統(tǒng)集成的生物分子檢測(cè)和超分辨成像提供了可能。
