電子顯示器件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新策略的研究進(jìn)展(英文)

幾十年來,顯示設(shè)備極大地改變了我們的日常生活,從手表、電視,到筆記本電腦和智能手機(jī)。隨著人們對(duì)高分辨率、長(zhǎng)壽命、輕量化顯示器件的需求增加,各種顯示技術(shù)得到了很好的應(yīng)用。電子顯示設(shè)備主要有四種:陰極射線管(CRT)、液晶顯示器(LCD)、有機(jī)發(fā)光二極管(OLED)和微型發(fā)光二極管。由于不同的工作原理和器件結(jié)構(gòu),每種顯示器件都有其特性。設(shè)備的性能可以通過材料選擇或設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)來調(diào)整。通過對(duì)器件結(jié)構(gòu)的精心調(diào)整,不僅提高了效率,而且增強(qiáng)了穩(wěn)定性。本文簡(jiǎn)要回顧了顯示器件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新策略。首先,介紹了顯示技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷史,并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了四種主要的顯示技術(shù)。其次,在每個(gè)部分詳細(xì)回顧了目前的顯示技術(shù)。最后,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)未來進(jìn)行了展望。
