【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)并研究了一種周期性多層金屬/介質(zhì)層結(jié)構(gòu)以獲得太赫茲頻段的阻帶濾波器.通過利用極化綜合效應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)大帶寬的阻帶.這一阻帶濾波器的帶寬可以通過調(diào)制銀層的電磁耦合作用進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié).同時(shí)還研究了金屬層的數(shù)量、晶格常數(shù)和介質(zhì)層的介電常數(shù)對(duì)阻帶濾波器的中心頻率和帶寬的影響.通過合理調(diào)配這些因素可以調(diào)制中心頻率藍(lán)移和帶寬增大.通過耦合作用調(diào)制帶寬的方法可為設(shè)計(jì)大帶寬阻帶濾波器提供好的思路.
