S參數(shù)的損耗因子及數(shù)據(jù)處理

【摘要】:在二端口微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)量過(guò)程中,隨機(jī)誤差是引起測(cè)量誤差的主要因素之一,并導(dǎo)致S參數(shù)不滿足能量守恒定理。因此,定義S參數(shù)前向、后向損耗因子,直觀反映測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的能量損耗分布情況。同時(shí),通過(guò)構(gòu)建頻域測(cè)量系統(tǒng)方程,采用Kalman數(shù)據(jù)估計(jì)方法有效地降低了損耗因子,提高了數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量精度。
[Abstract]:In the process of two-port microwave network measurement, random error is one of the main factors causing measurement error, and the S parameter does not satisfy the energy conservation theorem. Therefore, the forward and backward loss factors of S parameters are defined to reflect the energy loss distribution of the measurement system intuitively. At the same time, by constructing the frequency domain measurement system equation, the Kalman data estimation method is used to effectively reduce the loss factor and improve the accuracy of data measurement.
