一種高精度數(shù)控寬帶直流放大器的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:提出一種高精度數(shù)控寬帶直流放大器的設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案基于超低功耗單片機(jī)MSP430F155控制平臺(tái)開發(fā),其中,壓控增益寬帶放大器的主體部分由THS7530、OPA820ID與THS3091D組成?刂破脚_(tái)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對THS7530的增益控制,輸出終波幅值并顯示結(jié)果;測試通頻帶為0~20 MHz;整機(jī)電壓增益可調(diào)范圍控制在-20~+80 dB范圍內(nèi);在掛載時(shí)輸出F-F值為29 V。在降低輸出噪聲與自激控制方面,使用多?垢蓴_接觸法,提升了數(shù)控寬帶直流放大器控制性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:A design scheme of high precision CNC broadband DC amplifier is proposed. The scheme is based on the MSP430F155 control platform of ultra-low power single chip microcomputer, in which the main part of the voltage control gain broadband amplifier is composed of THS7530,OPA820ID and THS3091D.
