微波器件聯(lián)接扭矩與無源互調(diào)間的關系

【摘要】:無源互調(diào)是空間復雜大功率微波器件設計和衛(wèi)星通信技術中的難題.為了揭示微波器件聯(lián)接扭矩與無源互調(diào)功率電平間的數(shù)學關系,提出了一種快速計算方法.首先,以二項式的形式推導了互調(diào)電壓的求解方法;然后,結(jié)合傳輸線理論建立了單點源無源互調(diào)數(shù)學模型;接著,由實驗測得的微波器件I-V特性計算I-V關系式中的非線性系數(shù),代入點源無源互調(diào)模型來計算不同聯(lián)接扭矩下的無源互調(diào)功率電平;最后,設計了相應的實驗,驗證了點源模型預測三階無源互調(diào)功率電平準確性,解決了微波器件在不同聯(lián)接扭矩下的無源互調(diào)預測難題.
