Chinese manuscript submission, deadline: on October 25, 2017, the China Society of Optical Engineering will organize the "Young scientists Forum-Space Quantum Communication and Photon Detection Technology" in Shanghai in November 2017. previously, it was led by the hot spots of science and technology.
