基于變步長(zhǎng)迭代算法的微軸承參量特性研究

【摘要】:利用變步長(zhǎng)迭代算法在Matlab平臺(tái)上對(duì)微軸承的修正模型進(jìn)行仿真模擬。通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)連續(xù)模型、一階滑移修正及Wu新滑移修正模型的對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),在最小氣膜間隙處各滑移修正模型得到的參量遠(yuǎn)低于連續(xù)模型的結(jié)果。而且當(dāng)氣膜間隙小于1μm時(shí),各模型之間的結(jié)果偏差隨氣膜間隙的減小而迅速放大,連續(xù)模型已不適于此條件下的特性分析,必須考慮滑移修正效應(yīng)的影響,以便得到較精確的相關(guān)電子設(shè)備中的參量特性。
[Abstract]:The modified model of micro bearing is simulated on Matlab platform by using variable step size iterative algorithm. By comparing the traditional continuous model, the first-order slip correction model and the Wu new slip correction model, it is found that the parameters obtained by each slip correction model at the minimum film gap are much lower than those obtained by the continuous model. When the gas film gap is less than 1 渭 m, the result deviation between the models is enlarged rapidly with the decrease of the gas film gap. The continuous model is no longer suitable for the characteristic analysis under this condition, and the influence of slip correction effect must be taken into account. In order to obtain more accurate parameter characteristics in related electronic equipment.
