數(shù)字電路瞬態(tài)故障低能耗自修復(fù)方法

【摘要】:當(dāng)前大多數(shù)字電路瞬態(tài)故障修復(fù)方法需在人工處理下才可完成,修復(fù)效率低且能耗高。為此,提出一種新的數(shù)字電路瞬態(tài)故障低能耗自修復(fù)方法。設(shè)計(jì)了一種修復(fù)系統(tǒng),其主要由自律控制模塊與重配置執(zhí)行模塊構(gòu)成,自律控制模塊的核心是嵌入式NiosⅡ處理器。數(shù)字電路在出現(xiàn)瞬態(tài)故障的情況下,通過小波神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對數(shù)字電路瞬態(tài)故障進(jìn)行診斷,判斷電路是否正常運(yùn)行。重配置執(zhí)行模塊包括邏輯計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)LC與內(nèi)部互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò),主要作用是維持?jǐn)?shù)字電路功能以及與其他模塊之間施行信息傳遞。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提方法能夠有效診斷故障,故障修復(fù)成功率和平均適應(yīng)度高,整體性能強(qiáng)。
