一種高性能雙視場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)波紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一款高性能的緊湊型雙視場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)波紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng),該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)由前固定組、變倍調(diào)焦組、后固定組、中繼組組成。采用機(jī)械補(bǔ)償變焦方式、光瞳匹配技術(shù)、二次成像和二次折疊,有效地對(duì)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)縱向和橫向尺寸進(jìn)行了約束,外形包絡(luò)在220 mm×95 mm(局部135 mm)×50 mm(局部110mm)范圍內(nèi),系統(tǒng)緊湊,體積小。通過光學(xué)和結(jié)構(gòu)材料的優(yōu)選搭配及光學(xué)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)優(yōu)化配置,在-40℃~70℃范圍內(nèi),控制了光學(xué)系統(tǒng)熱差,光學(xué)系統(tǒng)光軸穩(wěn)定,小視場(chǎng)光軸穩(wěn)定性0.04 mrad,大/小視場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)換光軸平行性0.1 mrad;應(yīng)用該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的熱像儀性能高,MRTD(3 cyc/mrad)=0.07 K,NETD=30 m K。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明光學(xué)系統(tǒng)像質(zhì)良好,滿足熱像儀使用要求。
[Abstract]:A compact dual-field-of-view long-wave infrared optical system with high performance is designed. The optical system consists of the front fixation group, the zoom focus group, the post-fixation group and the relay group. By means of mechanical compensation zoom, pupil matching, secondary imaging and secondary folding, the longitudinal and transverse dimensions of the optical system are effectively constrained. The contour envelope is in the range of 220 mm 脳 95 mm (local 135mm) 脳 50 mm (local 110mm). The system is compact and small.
