基于射頻直接采樣可重構(gòu)濾波器的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著通信技術(shù)高速發(fā)展,電磁環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜,研制一種可覆蓋全頻段且可重構(gòu)電路以實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)諧的濾波器成為當(dāng)今研究的熱點(diǎn)。為了能有效地對(duì)抗無(wú)線電干擾,研制的可重構(gòu)濾波器不僅需要滿足可調(diào)諧的基本功能,還需要能夠通過(guò)軟件或硬件對(duì)濾波器的電路結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)重構(gòu)以滿足不同頻段工作的需要。射頻直接采樣接收機(jī)的性能好壞主要取決于其前端可調(diào)窄帶帶通濾波器的性能,并且接收機(jī)的大小,成本,調(diào)諧速度等與射頻前端的濾波器有很大關(guān)系。由此結(jié)合課題的實(shí)際需要,本論文研制了一種工作于射頻段可大范圍調(diào)諧的數(shù)字控制可重構(gòu)微帶濾波器和工作于射頻低頻段的集成LC電容耦合帶通濾波器。論文中根據(jù)實(shí)際課題的需要設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)工作于80MHz-90MHz且可調(diào)諧的電容耦合諧振式帶通濾波器,其設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)為3dB帶寬為10MHz左右,回波損耗11S參數(shù)大于或等于10dB,插入損耗21S參數(shù)小于5dB,端口駐波小于或等于2,電調(diào)電壓的范圍為0到30V。通過(guò)ADS2009軟件仿真可以知道該濾波器的測(cè)試結(jié)果與給定的指標(biāo)值在允許的誤差范圍內(nèi),具有良好的濾波效果,可用于頻段不高的射頻直接采樣接收機(jī)。由于濾波器的可重構(gòu)特點(diǎn),所以根據(jù)課題中接收機(jī)需要的工作頻段范圍,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于單片機(jī)控制的微帶梳狀線帶通濾波器,即數(shù)控可重構(gòu)微帶梳狀線帶通濾波器。數(shù)字可重構(gòu)微帶濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)包括兩部分:一個(gè)部分是工作于射頻段的梳狀線帶通濾波器的設(shè)計(jì);另一個(gè)部分是由AT89C52單片機(jī)和DAC0832芯片聯(lián)合控制的數(shù)模電壓轉(zhuǎn)換輸出電路。設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)控微帶梳狀線帶通濾波器的技術(shù)指標(biāo)為工作頻率調(diào)諧范圍0.6GHz到1.5GHz,3dB帶寬為50MHz到55MHz左右,濾波器的階數(shù)為3階,插入損耗21S參數(shù)小于7dB,回波損耗11S參數(shù)大于或等于20dB,矩形系數(shù)小于或等于6,通帶外的抑制度大于或等于40dB,電調(diào)電壓的范圍為0到15V,輸入輸出端口的特性阻抗為50歐姆。測(cè)試其S參數(shù)的儀器是矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀,根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果可以知道該濾波器的插入損耗,通帶衰減,駐波和矩形系數(shù)等參數(shù)指標(biāo)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果與給定的技術(shù)指標(biāo)的誤差在允許范圍內(nèi),即設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器具有良好的性能指標(biāo),可用于可重構(gòu)接收機(jī)的射頻前端進(jìn)行傳輸信號(hào)的濾波。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication technology, the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex. The development of a tunable filter covering all-band and reconfigurable circuits has become a hot topic in today's research. In order to effectively resist radio interference, the reconfigurable filter not only needs to satisfy the basic tunable function, but also needs to be able to reconstruct the circuit structure of the filter by software or hardware to meet the needs of different frequency bands. The performance of RF direct sampling receiver mainly depends on the performance of the front-end tunable narrow band-pass filter, and the size, cost and tuning speed of the receiver are closely related to the RF front-end filter. Therefore, a digital controlled reconfigurable microstrip filter and an integrated LC capacitive coupling band-pass filter, which can be tuned in a large range in the RF segment, are developed according to the practical needs of the project. In this paper, a tunable capacitive coupled resonant band-pass filter working in 80MHz-90MHz is designed according to the needs of the practical project. The design index is that the 3dB bandwidth is about 10MHz, and the echo loss 11s parameter is greater than or equal to 10 dB. The insertion loss 21s parameter is less than 5dB, the port standing wave is less than or equal to 2, and the range of electric voltage is from 0 to 30V. Through the ADS2009 software simulation, it can be known that the test results of the filter and the given index value are within the allowable error range, and it can be used in the RF direct sampling receiver with low frequency band. Because of the reconfigurable characteristics of the filter, a microstrip comb line band-pass filter based on MCU control is designed according to the range of the receiver in the subject, that is, the NC reconfigurable comb line band-pass filter. The design of digital reconfigurable microstrip filter consists of two parts: one is the design of comb-line band-pass filter which works in the radio frequency section; the other is the output circuit of digital-analog voltage conversion controlled by AT89C52 single chip computer and DAC0832 chip. The technical specifications of the NC microstrip comb linear band-pass filter are as follows: the frequency tuning range 0.6GHz to 1.5GHz, the 3dB bandwidth from 50MHz to 55MHz, the order of the filter is 3, the insertion loss 21s parameter is less than 7dB. The echo loss 11s parameter is greater than or equal to 20 dB, the rectangular coefficient is less than or equal to 6, the suppression system outside the pass band is greater than or equal to 40 dB, the range of voltage regulation is from 0 to 15 V, and the characteristic impedance of the input and output ports is 50 ohm. A vector network analyzer is used to test the S parameter of the filter. According to the test results, the error between the measured results of the parameters such as insertion loss, pass band attenuation, standing wave and rectangular coefficient and the given technical index is within the allowable range. That is, the designed filter has a good performance index, and can be used in the RF front end of the reconfigurable receiver to filter the transmitted signal.
