基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的低相噪基片集成波導(dǎo)振蕩器設(shè)計

【摘要】:毫米波振蕩器是毫米波雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)中的核心組件,對其相位噪聲的研究是毫米波電路研究的重要組成部分。本文從振蕩器的相位噪聲公式入手,詳細(xì)介紹了復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)(Qsc),并且根據(jù)復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)理論重新對振蕩器的設(shè)計進行了分析,制作了工作在不同頻率性能優(yōu)良的基片集成波導(dǎo)(SIW)振蕩器。與傳統(tǒng)的介質(zhì)振蕩器相比,本文設(shè)計的基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的SIW振蕩器不僅具有優(yōu)越的相噪性能,更具有平面集成方面的優(yōu)勢。實測數(shù)據(jù)證明,將振蕩器頻點設(shè)計在濾波器復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的峰值處能夠得到良好的振蕩器性能。另外,本文還將基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的振蕩器理論從S波段應(yīng)用拓展至Ku波段,證明了復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)理論在振蕩器設(shè)計中的普適性。在介紹了復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)以及SIW諧振器的相關(guān)理論后,本文首先設(shè)計了工作在X波段的基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的矩形SIW雙模振蕩器,以最簡單的SIW結(jié)構(gòu)得到良好的振蕩器性能。隨后制作了引入互補開口諧振環(huán)(CSRR)基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的圓形雙模SIW振蕩器,該振蕩器1MHz頻偏處的相噪為-147.1dBc/Hz,其性能指標(biāo)(FOM)值為-208.0dBc/Hz,優(yōu)于大部分已發(fā)表的平面振蕩器。最后設(shè)計了兩個采用高選擇性四階SIW諧振腔基于復(fù)數(shù)品質(zhì)因數(shù)的振蕩器。一款是采用交叉耦合的濾波器設(shè)計振蕩器,其具有諧波抑制良好,相噪性能良好等特點;另一款是工作在Ku波段性能優(yōu)越的S1W振蕩器,在1MHz頻偏處的相位噪聲為-141.3dBc/Hz,FOM值為-209.2dBc/Hz,其性能在同頻段已發(fā)表平面振蕩器中處于領(lǐng)先水平。
[Abstract]:Millimeter wave oscillator is the core component of millimeter wave radar system. The research on phase noise of millimeter wave oscillator is an important part of millimeter wave circuit research. In this paper, the complex quality factor (Qsc),) is introduced in detail from the phase noise formula of the oscillator, and the design of the oscillator is re-analyzed according to the complex quality factor theory. A substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) oscillator with good performance at different frequencies has been fabricated. Compared with the traditional dielectric oscillator, the SIW oscillator based on complex quality factor not only has superior phase noise performance, but also has the advantage of plane integration. The measured data show that the oscillator performance can be obtained by designing the oscillator frequency point at the peak value of the complex quality factor of the filter. In addition, the theory of oscillator based on complex quality factor is extended from S band to Ku band, and the universality of complex quality factor theory in oscillator design is proved. After introducing the theory of complex quality factor and SIW resonator, this paper first designs a rectangular SIW dual-mode oscillator based on complex quality factor in X-band, and obtains good performance with the simplest SIW structure. Then a circular dual-mode SIW oscillator with complementary open-loop (CSRR) based on complex quality factor is fabricated. The phase noise at the 1MHz frequency offset of the oscillator is-147.1 dBC / Hz, and the performance index (FOM) is-208.0 dBcxHz, and the frequency offset of the oscillator is-147.1dBcxHz, the performance index of the oscillator is-208.0dBcHz. Superior to most published planar oscillators. Finally, two oscillators with high selectivity fourth-order SIW resonator based on complex quality factor are designed. One is using cross-coupled filter to design oscillator, which has the characteristics of good harmonic suppression, good phase noise performance and so on. The other is the S1W oscillator with superior performance in the Ku band. The phase noise at the 1MHz frequency offset is-141.3 dBC / Hz and the FOM value is-209.2 dBC / Hz. The performance of the oscillator is in the leading position in the published planar oscillator in the same frequency band. The phase noise at the 1MHz frequency offset is-141.3 dBC / Hz and the FOM value is-209.2 dBC / Hz.
