【摘要】：提出了一種采用共面波導(dǎo)饋電的小型多模雙通帶平面濾波器,該濾波器采用內(nèi)部嵌套的多模諧振器縮小了電路尺寸,利用奇偶模分析方法和弱耦合激勵(lì)的方式分析了該多模諧振器的諧振特性,并依此推導(dǎo)出其諧振頻率與物理尺寸的相互關(guān)系。為了滿足濾波器的饋電,端口耦合并實(shí)現(xiàn)小型化,引入了異面共面波導(dǎo)饋電結(jié)構(gòu)。文中給出了四個(gè)諧振模式的分析以及兩個(gè)通帶中心頻率和帶寬的控制機(jī)理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了濾波電路的頻率和帶寬的獨(dú)立控制。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了中心頻率為2.39GHz和4.34GHz,相對帶寬分別為8.8%和13.4%的雙通帶平面濾波器。該濾波器中心頻率和帶寬獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)可控,而且諧振器尺寸大小僅為0.09λg×0.09λg。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、尺寸小,通帶間隔離度較高、易加工制作,具有較高實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A small multimode dual-pass planar filter fed by coplanar waveguide is presented in this paper. The filter reduces the size of the circuit by using embedded multimode resonators. The resonance characteristics of the multi-mode resonator are analyzed by means of odd-even mode analysis and weak coupling excitation, and the relationship between the resonant frequency and the physical size is deduced. In order to satisfy the feed of filter, port coupling and miniaturization, the feed structure of heterogeneous coplanar waveguide is introduced. In this paper, the analysis of four resonant modes and the control mechanism of the central frequency and bandwidth of two pass bands are given, and the independent control of the frequency and bandwidth of the filter circuit is realized. Finally, a dual-band planar filter with the center frequency of 2.39GHz and 4.34GHz, and the relative bandwidth of 8.8% and 13.4%, respectively, is realized. The center frequency and bandwidth of the filter are controlled independently, and the size of the resonator is only 0.09 位 g 脳 0.09 位 路g. The filter designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure, small size, high pass-band isolation, easy fabrication and high practical value.
