5kW全光纖結(jié)構(gòu)1018nm激光合成

【摘要】:光纖激光同帶抽運(yùn)方案具有泵浦亮度高、量子虧損小等優(yōu)勢(shì),有著巨大的功率提升潛力,是近年來(lái)國(guó)際上的研究熱點(diǎn)。1018nm光纖激光可作為高功率摻鐿光纖激光器的高效同帶抽運(yùn)源,但是單個(gè)1018nm光纖激光器輸出功率有限,光束合成是突破這一局限的重要方案;19臺(tái)單模1018nm光纖激光器和一個(gè)19×1光纖功率合束器,搭建了一套全光纖結(jié)構(gòu)激光合成系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了5kW的1018nm合成激光輸出。
[Abstract]:The optical fiber laser co-band pumping scheme has the advantages of high pumping brightness and small quantum loss, and has great power enhancement potential. 1018 nm fiber laser can be used as an efficient co-band pumping source for high power ytterbium doped fiber lasers, but the output power of a single 1018nm fiber laser is limited, and beam synthesis is an important way to break through this limitation. Based on 19 single-mode 1018nm fiber lasers and a 19 脳 1 fiber power synthesizer, an all-fiber structure laser synthesis system is built, and the 1018nm synthesis laser output of 5kW is realized.
