磁耦合無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)前端功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:功率放大器是磁耦合無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)的前端功率輸入設(shè)備,對(duì)于無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)的高效穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行起到至關(guān)重要的作用.本文給出了功率放大器的基本拓?fù)洹⑵ヅ渚W(wǎng)絡(luò)和整體電路設(shè)計(jì)方法,使其達(dá)到較高的傳輸效率.采用ADS軟件對(duì)功率放大器性能進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的功率放大器在8.5 MHz中心頻率上,當(dāng)輸入信號(hào)為29 d Bm時(shí)能夠獲得的最大功率為18.928 W,效率為89.516%.
[Abstract]:Power amplifier is the front-end power input equipment of magnetic coupled radio energy transmission system, which plays an important role in the efficient and stable operation of radio energy transmission system. In this paper, the basic topology, matching network and overall circuit design method of power amplifier are presented to achieve high transmission efficiency. The ADS software is used to analyze the performance of the power amplifier. The results show that the maximum power of the designed power amplifier is 18.928 W and the efficiency is 89.516 W when the input signal is 29 d Bm at the 8.5 MHz center frequency.
