磁耦合無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)前端功率放大器設計

【摘要】:功率放大器是磁耦合無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)的前端功率輸入設備,對于無線電能傳輸系統(tǒng)的高效穩(wěn)定運行起到至關重要的作用.本文給出了功率放大器的基本拓撲、匹配網(wǎng)絡和整體電路設計方法,使其達到較高的傳輸效率.采用ADS軟件對功率放大器性能進行分析,結(jié)果表明,設計的功率放大器在8.5 MHz中心頻率上,當輸入信號為29 d Bm時能夠獲得的最大功率為18.928 W,效率為89.516%.
[Abstract]:Power amplifier is the front-end power input equipment of magnetic coupled radio energy transmission system, which plays an important role in the efficient and stable operation of radio energy transmission system. In this paper, the basic topology, matching network and overall circuit design method of power amplifier are presented to achieve high transmission efficiency. The ADS software is used to analyze the performance of the power amplifier. The results show that the maximum power of the designed power amplifier is 18.928 W and the efficiency is 89.516 W when the input signal is 29 d Bm at the 8.5 MHz center frequency.
