二維量子環(huán)中帶負(fù)電荷施主雜質(zhì)的非線性光學(xué)性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:本論文在有效質(zhì)量近似下,應(yīng)用諧振子基展開法和Talmi-Moshinsky系數(shù)研究了帶負(fù)電荷(D~-)的施主量子環(huán)中電子的能級和相應(yīng)的波函數(shù)表達(dá)式,以及通過對變化的外加磁場強(qiáng)度下系統(tǒng)能譜的特征曲線進(jìn)行比較揭示了外加磁場對帶負(fù)電的施主量子環(huán)系統(tǒng)能級性質(zhì)的影響,最后再利用密度矩陣法根據(jù)所求的能級和波函數(shù)的解析解進(jìn)一步對量子環(huán)中電子的非線性光學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著半導(dǎo)體量子環(huán)內(nèi)的D-系統(tǒng)內(nèi)線性和非線性極化率的改變,外部磁場的變化會在躍遷能量中引起光震蕩現(xiàn)象。結(jié)果表明,通過改變外部磁場和半導(dǎo)體量子環(huán)的寬度控制D-系統(tǒng)的頻移及線性和非線性極化率的密度。峰位和峰高在線性和非線性極化率中均出現(xiàn)了光震蕩,意味著可以通過光學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)對D~-系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行觀測。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the energy levels and the corresponding wave function expressions of electrons in a donor quantum ring with negative charge (D-) are studied by using the harmonic oscillator base expansion method and the Talmi-Moshinsky coefficient under the effective mass approximation. The effects of the applied magnetic field on the energy level properties of the donor quantum ring system with negative charge are revealed by comparing the characteristic curves of the energy spectrum of the system under the varying external magnetic field intensity. Finally, the nonlinear optical properties of electrons in quantum rings are further studied by using the density matrix method based on the analytical solutions of the energy levels and wave functions. It is found that with the change of linear and nonlinear polarizability in the D- system in semiconductor quantum ring, the change of external magnetic field will cause light oscillation in the transition energy. The results show that the frequency shift of D- system and the density of linear and nonlinear polarizability are controlled by changing the external magnetic field and the width of semiconductor quantum ring. The peak position and peak height oscillate in both linear and nonlinear polarizability, which means that the Da-system can be observed through optical experiments.
