基于一種新型雜化陽極修飾層的高效有機電致發(fā)光器件(英文)

【摘要】:設(shè)計了基于Bphen∶LiF、Al和MoO_3的雜化電荷注入層,并將其應(yīng)用于有機電致發(fā)光器件中。實驗研究表明,這種雜化層作為陽極修飾層是非常有效的,它可以增加器件中載流子注入的平衡性,提高器件的性能。相對參考器件,基于雜化陽極修飾層的電致發(fā)光器件的最大電流效率和最大功率效率均提高1.3倍左右。我們對器件性能及其提高的機理進行了分析。
[Abstract]:A hybrid charge injection layer based on Bphen:LiF,Al and MoO_3 was designed and applied to organic electroluminescent devices. The experimental results show that the hybrid layer is very effective as the anode layer, it can increase the balance of carrier injection in the device and improve the performance of the device. Compared with the reference devices, the maximum current efficiency and the maximum power efficiency of the electroluminescent devices based on the hybrid anode-modified layer are improved by about 1.3 times. The performance of the device and the mechanism of its improvement are analyzed.
