振膜全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:實(shí)現(xiàn)電子產(chǎn)品的全自動(dòng)化加工是改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低人工成本的有效途徑。揚(yáng)聲器的振膜薄而軟,不易加工。全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)是實(shí)現(xiàn)振膜的全自動(dòng)化加工的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。本文針對(duì)手機(jī)揚(yáng)聲器的振膜加工,設(shè)計(jì)一種全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)并進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。全文主要研究工作如下:分析了手機(jī)揚(yáng)聲器振膜的物理特性。根據(jù)振膜的工藝流程和設(shè)備要實(shí)現(xiàn)的工藝動(dòng)作,提出了全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,確定了每部分結(jié)構(gòu)的工作流程和工藝要求。振膜產(chǎn)品通過全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)、激光切割和碼盤。根據(jù)各個(gè)部件的工藝分析,利用SolidWorks對(duì)全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的虛擬裝配,檢驗(yàn)了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。對(duì)全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)的傳輸機(jī)構(gòu)中的初定位機(jī)構(gòu)中的緩沖器進(jìn)行了選型計(jì)算。進(jìn)行了全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)中電氣控制系統(tǒng)控制器類型的選擇。提出了控制單元與控制系統(tǒng)的整體方案,給出了控制系統(tǒng)硬件選型依據(jù)。對(duì)電氣控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)進(jìn)行了協(xié)調(diào)性分析,主要針對(duì)上料搬運(yùn)的周期進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化計(jì)算,使其滿足生產(chǎn)需求。進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)的裝配和調(diào)試。對(duì)全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)的工作性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)表明:設(shè)計(jì)的全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)具有自動(dòng)化程度高、生產(chǎn)效率高以及設(shè)備穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。最后,針對(duì)全自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)構(gòu)的缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)機(jī)構(gòu)中的定位夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。優(yōu)化后的定位夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于振膜加工設(shè)備中,有利于提高轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的重復(fù)定位精度,便于設(shè)備的調(diào)試。
[Abstract]:It is an effective way to improve product quality, improve production efficiency and reduce labor cost to realize full automatic processing of electronic products. The diaphragm of the loudspeaker is thin and soft and difficult to process. Automatic turntable machine is the key equipment to realize the full automatic processing of diaphragm. In this paper, a kind of automatic turntable machine is designed and optimized for the vibration film processing of mobile phone loudspeaker. The main work of this paper is as follows: the physical characteristics of the diaphragm of the mobile phone speaker are analyzed. According to the process flow of the diaphragm and the process action of the equipment, the overall design scheme of the automatic turntable machine is put forward, and the work flow and process requirements of each part structure are determined. Diaphragm products are flipped, laser-cut and coded by automatic turntable machines. According to the process analysis of each part, SolidWorks is used to design the structure of each part of automatic turntable machine. The rationality of the design is verified by virtual assembly of each organization. The buffers of the initial positioning mechanism in the transmission mechanism of the automatic turntable machine are selected and calculated. The type of controller of electrical control system in automatic turntable machine is selected. The whole scheme of control unit and control system is put forward, and the hardware selection basis of control system is given. The process design of electrical control system is carried out. The coordination of automatic turntable is analyzed, and the cycle of loading and handling is optimized to meet the demand of production. The prototype is assembled and debugged. The working performance of the automatic turntable machine is tested. The test data show that the designed automatic turntable has the advantages of high automation, high production efficiency and stable equipment. Finally, the structure of the automatic turntable mechanism is optimized, and the positioning clamping mechanism of the turntable mechanism is optimized. The optimized positioning clamping mechanism is applied to the vibration film processing equipment, which is helpful to improve the accuracy of the repeated positioning of the turntable and facilitate the debugging of the equipment.
