高顯色指數(shù)高光效的新型量子點轉換LED

【摘要】:研究了膠體固化溫度對高性能量子點白光LED的光學性能的影響。首先運用一種新結構的光轉換材料量子點-介孔硅微球,將其與熒光粉和硅膠共混形成熒光膠體,點涂到藍光芯片上形成一種新型的量子點轉換LED。相比傳統(tǒng)的LED,這種新型LED的光效提升56%,顯色指數(shù)Ra達96,在20~400 mA電流驅動下Ra維持在92以上。隨后分析膠體固化溫度對其光學性能的影響,并分析了物理機制。結果表明:在100℃固化時光效和Ra衰減均較嚴重;60℃固化時光效衰減很小,Ra的衰減約為100℃時的1/2。衰減的原因是固化積累的熱量影響了量子點本身的性能,從而影響光功率大小,最終導致光效和Ra的衰減。
[Abstract]:The effect of the curing temperature of colloid on the optical properties of white LED with high performance quantum dots was studied. First, a new structure quantum dot-mesoporous silicon microsphere was used to form fluorescent colloid by blending it with phosphor and silica gel, and a novel quantum dot-converted LED. was formed on the blue chip. Compared with the traditional LED, a new type of LED, the light efficiency is increased 56%, the color rendering index (Ra) is up to 96, and the Ra is kept above 92 under the current drive of 20 ~ 400 mA. The influence of the curing temperature on the optical properties of the colloid was analyzed and the physical mechanism was analyzed.
