燒結溫度對硼硅基質(zhì)熒光玻璃發(fā)光性能影響

【摘要】:采用共燒結法制備了硼硅基質(zhì)Ce:YAG熒光玻璃,研究了燒結溫度在600℃~900℃范圍內(nèi),Ce:YAG熒光玻璃的發(fā)光強度變化和色坐標漂移規(guī)律。結果表明,隨著燒結溫度的升高,Ce:YAG熒光玻璃發(fā)光強度先增強后減弱,700℃燒結時,熒光玻璃獲得最大發(fā)光強度;超過850℃燒結時,熒光玻璃無發(fā)光性能;同時,色坐標(x,y)發(fā)生漂移,且比相同燒結溫度的熒光粉漂移幅度大。通過X射線粉末衍射儀、差示掃描量熱分析儀和X射線光電子能譜分析儀測試分析表明:隨著燒結溫度升高,熒光粉中的Ce~(3+)被玻璃基質(zhì)氧化成Ce~(4+),玻璃液體腐蝕破壞了熒光粉YAG晶體結構,降低了熒光玻璃的發(fā)光強度,從而導致色坐標劣化漂移。
