大功率射頻激光電源功率的控制研究

【摘要】:大功率射頻激光器的輸出功率存在較高的動態(tài)性和滯后性,無法采用有效的數(shù)學(xué)模型描述輸出功率的控制過程。傳統(tǒng)PID射頻激光電源功率控制器,存在響應(yīng)效率低以及抗干擾性差的問題。因此,設(shè)計一種基于Fuzzy-PID控制技術(shù)的大功率射頻激光電源功率控制器,其基于輸入控制指令形成不同占空比的PWM波,控制射頻激光電源的功率,確保激光器程序連續(xù)/脈沖可調(diào)狀態(tài)。設(shè)計了大功率射頻激光電源功率控制器結(jié)構(gòu),對其硬件的各組成部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計,軟件部分分析Fuzzy-PID控制器基本原理,采用Fuzzy-PID控制技術(shù)完成激光輸出功率的反饋控制,穩(wěn)定激光輸出功率,同時設(shè)計射頻電源調(diào)制器的串口通訊界面以及Fuzzy-PID子程序的設(shè)計。實驗結(jié)果說明,所設(shè)計控制器具有較高的響應(yīng)效率和抗干擾性。
[Abstract]:The output power of high power RF laser is highly dynamic and lag, so it is impossible to use an effective mathematical model to describe the control process of output power. The traditional PID RF laser power controller has the problems of low response efficiency and poor anti-interference. Therefore, a power controller for high power RF laser power supply based on Fuzzy-PID control technology is designed, which forms different duty cycle PWM waves based on input control instruction to control the power of RF laser power supply. Ensure continuous / pulse tunable state of laser program. The structure of high power RF laser power supply power controller is designed. The hardware components of the controller are designed. The basic principle of Fuzzy-PID controller is analyzed in the software part, and the feedback control of laser output power is accomplished by using Fuzzy-PID control technology. At the same time, the serial communication interface of RF power modulator and the design of Fuzzy-PID subprogram are designed. The experimental results show that the controller has high response efficiency and anti-interference.
