涂覆層對長周期光纖光柵溫度傳感特性的影響研究

【摘要】:本文研究了光纖涂覆層對高頻CO_2激光刻寫的長周期光纖光柵的溫度傳感特性的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在50~100℃溫度范圍內(nèi),帶涂覆層的長周期光纖光柵的溫度靈敏度跟剝?nèi)ネ扛矊涌虒懙拈L周期光纖光柵的溫度靈敏度一樣,均可以達(dá)到100pm/℃。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:光纖涂覆層對長周期光纖光柵的溫度傳感特性沒有顯著影響,但帶涂覆層的長周期光纖光柵以其機(jī)械強(qiáng)度的優(yōu)勢更適合用在低溫測量中。
