羅氏線圈采集器的電磁抗擾度的研究

【摘要】:為解決印制電路板(PCB)在工作中出現(xiàn)的電磁兼容(EMC)問(wèn)題,對(duì)采集單元PCB及屏蔽盒的EMC性能進(jìn)行研究,將PCB根據(jù)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)分割,加粗電源線和地線的寬度,選用貼片元件,減小相鄰傳輸線間的平行長(zhǎng)度;同時(shí)對(duì)屏蔽盒整體采用插接結(jié)構(gòu),在可拆卸面板的機(jī)箱內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)并布置防靜電金屬?gòu)椘?可增加面板與機(jī)箱其他位置的電導(dǎo)率、減少靜電電荷積累,以提高設(shè)備抗擾度、減少輻射騷擾。最后基于HFSS軟件,對(duì)PCB和屏蔽盒進(jìn)行建模仿真,通過(guò)結(jié)果分析可得,優(yōu)化后的PCB電磁場(chǎng)分布更均勻,屏蔽盒的屏蔽效果顯著,EMC特性得到很大程度的提高,證明對(duì)PCB和屏蔽盒的設(shè)計(jì)滿足測(cè)試要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in the work of printed circuit board (PCB), the performance of the acquisition unit PCB and the EMC of the shield box is studied. The PCB is divided according to the function, the width of the power cord and ground wire is thickened, and the patch element is selected. Reducing the parallel length between adjacent transmission lines; At the same time, the shielding box is designed and arranged with antistatic metal shrapnel in the chassis of the removable panel, which can increase the conductivity of the panel and other locations of the case, reduce the accumulation of electrostatic charge, and improve the immunity of the equipment. Reduce radiation harassment. Finally, based on HFSS software, the modeling and simulation of PCB and shield box are carried out. The results show that the optimized PCB electromagnetic field distribution is more uniform, the shielding effect of the shield box is remarkable, and the EMC characteristics are greatly improved. It is proved that the design of PCB and shield box meets the test requirements.
