一類高雙折射率高可靠性液晶的合成和性能應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著液晶顯示器件向低盒厚,輕薄化,高可靠性方向發(fā)展的需求,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)具有高雙折射率、高介電各項(xiàng)異性、高清亮點(diǎn)、高可靠性的單體液晶順應(yīng)了發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。四聯(lián)苯類液晶可以用于提升液晶的使用溫度范圍、提高液晶的折射率,并顯著提高液晶的可靠性,是近年來(lái)混合液晶設(shè)計(jì)常用的一類單體材料。本文設(shè)計(jì)、合成、評(píng)測(cè)了一類末端四氟的四聯(lián)苯液晶單體,并且考察了在液晶組合物中的應(yīng)用,相對(duì)于常見(jiàn)單體,該系列單體的折射率大于0.3,介電大于20,清亮點(diǎn)高于200℃,同時(shí)使紫外后電阻率提升68%~107%,并改善VHR的表現(xiàn),通過(guò)氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用、核磁氫譜、差熱分析等分析方法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,并對(duì)性能參數(shù)與液晶分子結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了初步分析探討。
[Abstract]:With the development of liquid crystal display devices in the direction of low cell thickness, thinning and high reliability, the design and development of monomeric liquid crystal with high birefringence, high dielectric heterogeneity, high definition bright spot and high reliability conform to the development trend. Tetrabiphenyl liquid crystal can be used to raise the temperature range of liquid crystal, increase the refractive index of liquid crystal, and improve the reliability of liquid crystal. It is a kind of monomeric material commonly used in the design of mixed liquid crystal in recent years. In this paper, we design, synthesize and evaluate a class of tetrafluorinated tetraphenyl liquid crystal monomers, and investigate their application in liquid crystal compositions. Compared with common monomers, the refractive index of the monomers is greater than 0.3, the dielectric is greater than 20, and the bright spots are higher than 200 鈩,
