霧化涂覆閥優(yōu)化設(shè)計及試驗研究

【摘要】:隨著我國電子市場的蓬勃發(fā)展,各種各樣的電子產(chǎn)品充斥于我們的生活中。由于一些電子產(chǎn)品的使用環(huán)境較為惡劣,其內(nèi)部電路板在潮濕、高溫、灰塵、鹽霧等條件下容易產(chǎn)生腐蝕、軟化、變形、霉變等問題,會大大降低電子產(chǎn)品的性能和使用壽命。因此,一般會在此類電子產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部電路板上涂覆一層保護漆,用于電子元件的防潮、防鹽霧及防霉,三防漆涂覆技術(shù)應(yīng)運而生。隨著電子產(chǎn)品的規(guī);a(chǎn),傳統(tǒng)的電路板接觸式涂覆技術(shù)越來越無法適應(yīng)市場的需求,而非接觸式涂覆技術(shù)由于高精度、高頻率等優(yōu)勢,正在逐漸占領(lǐng)涂覆市場。本文對膠液的霧化機理進行了研究,找出影響膠液霧化質(zhì)量的因素。利用FLUENT軟件對不同噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)下氣體的流動狀態(tài)進行了分析,,并結(jié)合對膠液的霧化機理進行的研究,設(shè)計出一款非接觸式霧化涂覆閥。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,對膠液的霧化機理進行研究,分析膠液產(chǎn)生霧化的原因及液滴破碎的一般方式。闡述了衡量膠液霧化效果的一般指標,并從理論方面分析了氣體流速、液體流速、氣液體積比及膠液粘度對膠液霧化效果產(chǎn)生的影響。找到能夠改善膠液霧化效果的途徑,為霧化涂覆閥噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,對氣體在流道內(nèi)的運動規(guī)律進行了分析,得到了流經(jīng)管道的氣體流速和流量的影響因素,并以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了不同的噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)。利用FLUENT軟件分析了噴嘴處不同的撞針與噴嘴的配合方式、不同的流道內(nèi)外錐角大小、不同的噴嘴氣液出口大小對噴嘴內(nèi)氣體流動狀態(tài)的影響。結(jié)合前文對于影響膠液霧化效果的因素所進行的研究,分析由于噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的改變所引起的氣體流動狀態(tài)的改變對膠液霧化效果的影響,找到霧化效果比較好的噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。 再者,分析了霧化涂覆裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)組成和基本工作原理。對撞針抬起高度對膠液流量大小的影響進行了分析。并以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合涂覆閥的工況條件,對涂覆閥氣缸進行了設(shè)計計算。并根據(jù)氣缸的運行條件,對氣缸彈簧進行了分析,確定了彈簧的基本參數(shù)。設(shè)計并制作了涂覆閥實驗樣機及涂覆閥驅(qū)動控制器,搭建了霧化涂覆閥系統(tǒng),并對搭建系統(tǒng)的各部分進行了闡述分析。 最后,為研究涂覆過程中外部條件的改變對涂覆效果的影響,搭建了涂覆實驗平臺。對所設(shè)計的涂覆閥樣機進行相關(guān)實驗,找到影響涂覆閥涂覆效果的外部控制因素。并對涂覆閥樣機進行一致性實驗分析,檢驗涂覆效果的可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic market in our country, all kinds of electronic products are flooded in our life. Due to the bad environment of some electronic products, the internal circuit board is easy to corrode, soften, deform and mould under the conditions of humidity, high temperature, dust and salt mist, which will greatly reduce the performance and service life of electronic products. Therefore, the internal circuit board of this kind of electronic products is usually coated with a layer of protective paint, which is used for the moisture-proof, anti-salt fog and anti-mildew of electronic components, and the three anti-paint coating technology emerges as the times require. With the large-scale production of electronic products, the traditional contact coating technology of circuit board is more and more unable to meet the needs of the market, while the non-contact coating technology is gradually occupying the coating market because of the advantages of high precision and high frequency. In this paper, the atomization mechanism of colloid is studied, and the factors influencing the atomization quality are found out. The flow state of gas under different nozzle structures was analyzed by using FLUENT software, and a non-contact atomization coating valve was designed based on the study of the atomization mechanism of colloidal liquid. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the atomization mechanism of colloid is studied, and the cause of atomization and the general method of droplet breaking are analyzed. The general indexes for measuring the atomization effect of colloidal liquid are described, and the effects of gas flow rate, liquid flow rate, gas-liquid volume ratio and colloidal viscosity on the atomization effect of colloidal liquid are analyzed theoretically. To find a way to improve the atomization effect of colloidal liquid, and lay a theoretical foundation for the structure design of spray coating valve nozzle. Secondly, the law of gas movement in the channel is analyzed, and the influence factors of the gas velocity and flow rate through the pipeline are obtained, and on this basis, different nozzle structures are designed. By using FLUENT software, the effects of different ways of matching the pin and nozzle at the nozzle, the inner and outer cone angle of the flow channel and the gas-liquid outlet of the nozzle on the gas flow state in the nozzle are analyzed. Based on the previous research on the factors influencing the atomization effect of colloidal liquid, the influence of the change of gas flow state caused by the change of nozzle structure parameters on the atomization effect of colloidal liquid is analyzed. Find the nozzle structure parameters with good atomization effect. Furthermore, the structure and basic working principle of atomization coating device are analyzed. The influence of the height of the collider on the flow rate of the glue was analyzed. On this basis, combined with the working conditions of the coated valve, the design calculation of the coated valve cylinder is carried out. According to the operating conditions of the cylinder, the cylinder spring is analyzed, and the basic parameters of the spring are determined. The experimental prototype of the coating valve and the driving controller of the coating valve are designed and manufactured. The atomization coating valve system is built and the various parts of the system are described and analyzed. Finally, in order to study the influence of the external conditions on the coating effect, a coating experiment platform was built. The external control factors affecting the coating effect of the coating valve were found by the experiments on the prototype of the coating valve. The consistency analysis of the coating valve prototype was carried out to verify the reliability of the coating effect.
