直微通道中的電黏性效應(yīng)

【摘要】:為了研究直微通道中冪律流體的電黏性效應(yīng),建立了壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)微通道內(nèi)流體流動(dòng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,其中雙電層電勢(shì)分布、流體流動(dòng)及流動(dòng)粒子輸運(yùn)特性分別由Poisson-Boltzmann(P-B)方程、Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程及Nernst-Plank(N-P)方程描述。討論了微通道中有電黏性效應(yīng)時(shí)溶液濃度;冪律指數(shù)對(duì)微通道內(nèi)流體的速度分布、流動(dòng)電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于n1的剪切變稀流體,流體的黏度和流動(dòng)速度隨著n的增大而減小,變化非常明顯;而對(duì)于n1的剪切變稠流體,黏度和流動(dòng)速度幾乎不受n的影響,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可以忽略不計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the electric viscosity effect of power law fluid in a straight microchannel, a mathematical model of the fluid flow in a pressure driven microchannel is established, in which the potential distribution of the double layer is obtained. The characteristics of fluid flow and particle transport are described by Poisson-Boltzmann (P-B) equation, Navier-Stokes (N-S) equation and Nernst-Plank (N-P) equation, respectively. The effects of solution concentration and power law exponent on the velocity distribution and flow electric field intensity in microchannels with electrically viscous effect are discussed. The results show that the viscosity and velocity of the fluid decrease with the increase of n for the shear thinning fluid n 1, but the viscosity and flow velocity are almost independent of n for the shear thickened fluid n 1, and for the shear thickened fluid n 1, the viscosity and flow velocity of the fluid decrease with the increase of n. It can be ignored in practical application.
