【摘要】：隨著摩爾定律的不斷推進(jìn),集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了巨大發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時,也面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展瓶頸和技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn).論文圍繞創(chuàng)新的微納集成電路和新型混合集成技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)理論和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,聚焦在新型低功耗器件及電路理論,納米尺度單片集成電路技術(shù)、微納傳感和異質(zhì)集成融合技術(shù)等方向,開展了比較廣泛和深入的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢綜述,旨在為人們提供一個相對全面的"后摩爾"時代集成電路創(chuàng)新理論與技術(shù)發(fā)展脈絡(luò)圖,也嘗試為新型應(yīng)用驅(qū)動的集成電路技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)描繪出新的路線圖.
[Abstract]:With the development of Moore's Law, the integrated circuit industry is facing unprecedented development bottleneck and technical challenge. This paper focuses on the basic theory and key technical problems in the field of innovative micro / nano integrated circuits and new hybrid integrated technology, focusing on the new low power devices and circuit theory, the nanoscale monolithic integrated circuit technology. In the fields of micro / nano sensing and heterogeneous integrated fusion technology, the current research situation and development trend at home and abroad have been reviewed. The aim is to provide a relatively comprehensive development of integrated circuit innovation theory and technology in the "post-Moore" era, and also try to draw a new road map for the new application driven integrated circuit technology and product development.
