柔性雙阻帶太赫茲超材料濾波器

【摘要】:提出并設計了一種極化不敏感的柔性雙阻帶太赫茲超材料濾波器,并采用CST 2015仿真軟件對該濾波器的結構進行仿真;為深入研究超材料濾波器的傳輸特性,分別對該超材料濾波器在2個諧振吸收峰處的電場強度和表面電流分布進行仿真;為驗證仿真結果的正確性,采用微加工工藝制備了超材料濾波器樣品,使用太赫茲時域光譜系統(tǒng)對其傳輸特性進行測試。仿真結果表明:該濾波器在0.131THz和0.182THz處獲得了3dB帶寬分別為15GHz和10GHz的2個阻帶,并且在這2個諧振頻率點的傳輸系數(shù)S21可以達到-43.56dB和-48.76dB,表現(xiàn)出了良好的阻帶特性;測試結果與仿真結果比較吻合。
[Abstract]:A polarization-insensitive double stop band terahertz supermaterial filter is proposed and designed, and the structure of the filter is simulated by CST 2015. The electric field intensity and surface current distribution at the two resonant absorption peaks are simulated respectively. In order to verify the correctness of the simulation results, the supermaterial filter samples are prepared by microfabrication. Terahertz time domain spectroscopy was used to test its transmission characteristics. The simulation results show that the filter has two stopbands with 3dB bandwidth of 15GHz and 10GHz at 0.131THz and 0.182THz, respectively, and the transmission coefficient S21 at these two resonant frequency points can reach -43.56dB and -48.76dB, showing good stopband characteristics. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
