柔性雙阻帶太赫茲超材料濾波器

【摘要】:提出并設(shè)計(jì)了一種極化不敏感的柔性雙阻帶太赫茲超材料濾波器,并采用CST 2015仿真軟件對(duì)該濾波器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行仿真;為深入研究超材料濾波器的傳輸特性,分別對(duì)該超材料濾波器在2個(gè)諧振吸收峰處的電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度和表面電流分布進(jìn)行仿真;為驗(yàn)證仿真結(jié)果的正確性,采用微加工工藝制備了超材料濾波器樣品,使用太赫茲時(shí)域光譜系統(tǒng)對(duì)其傳輸特性進(jìn)行測(cè)試。仿真結(jié)果表明:該濾波器在0.131THz和0.182THz處獲得了3dB帶寬分別為15GHz和10GHz的2個(gè)阻帶,并且在這2個(gè)諧振頻率點(diǎn)的傳輸系數(shù)S21可以達(dá)到-43.56dB和-48.76dB,表現(xiàn)出了良好的阻帶特性;測(cè)試結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果比較吻合。
[Abstract]:A polarization-insensitive double stop band terahertz supermaterial filter is proposed and designed, and the structure of the filter is simulated by CST 2015. The electric field intensity and surface current distribution at the two resonant absorption peaks are simulated respectively. In order to verify the correctness of the simulation results, the supermaterial filter samples are prepared by microfabrication. Terahertz time domain spectroscopy was used to test its transmission characteristics. The simulation results show that the filter has two stopbands with 3dB bandwidth of 15GHz and 10GHz at 0.131THz and 0.182THz, respectively, and the transmission coefficient S21 at these two resonant frequency points can reach -43.56dB and -48.76dB, showing good stopband characteristics. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
