【摘要】：提出了一種基于PLL技術(shù)的寬帶頻率合成器,用作互調(diào)儀中的掃頻源。借助ADIsimPLL完成了頻率合成器中部分元件參數(shù)的確定,并進(jìn)行整體可行性分析。利用ADF4355、PIC18F25K20等器件成功搭建頻率合成器,經(jīng)調(diào)試優(yōu)化,最終符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。該頻率合成器輸出800MHz~2.6GHz的可調(diào)頻率,輸出功率≥4dBm,相位噪聲優(yōu)于-90dBc@10kHz。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a wideband frequency synthesizer based on PLL technology, which can be used as a sweep source in intermodulation instrument. The parameters of some components in the frequency synthesizer are determined by ADIsimPLL, and the overall feasibility is analyzed. The frequency synthesizer is successfully built by using ADF4355,PIC18F25K20 and other devices. After debugging and optimization, the frequency synthesizer meets the design requirements.
