基于FPGA的EtherCAT協(xié)議鏈路冗余研究

【摘要】:EtherCAT是一種實時工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議,使用鏈路冗余技術(shù)是實現(xiàn)鏈路穩(wěn)定性和可靠性的重要手段。介紹了基于FPGA的EtherCAT鏈路冗余原理,設(shè)計通過FPGA實現(xiàn)主站與從站、從站與從站之間的通信鏈路與冗余鏈路的自動切換,從而實現(xiàn)EtherCAT的鏈路冗余。通過測試驗證了此方法的可行性,增加了EtherCAT系統(tǒng)的可靠性與可維護性。
[Abstract]:EtherCAT is a real-time industrial Ethernet protocol. Using link redundancy technology is an important means to achieve link stability and reliability. This paper introduces the principle of EtherCAT link redundancy based on FPGA, and designs the automatic switching of communication link and redundant link between master station and slave station, slave station and slave station through FPGA, so as to realize the link redundancy of EtherCAT. The feasibility of this method is verified by testing, and the reliability and maintainability of EtherCAT system are increased.
