探測(cè)器溫度對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀人體測(cè)溫的影響與修正

【摘要】:非制冷紅外焦平面熱像儀用于人體測(cè)溫時(shí),需要紅外熱像儀具有較高的測(cè)溫精度。而針對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀,隨著環(huán)境溫度以及吸收紅外輻射的增加,將會(huì)產(chǎn)生較為嚴(yán)重的溫度漂移現(xiàn)象,這會(huì)影響到紅外探測(cè)器的響應(yīng)特性,從而導(dǎo)致測(cè)溫精度受到一定的影響。為了消除這一影響,提出了一種新的校準(zhǔn)方法,該方法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)探測(cè)器溫度在10℃~50℃之間變化時(shí)對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀的高精度校準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),對(duì)該校準(zhǔn)方法的效果進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn)后的紅外熱像儀,探測(cè)器溫度漂移對(duì)測(cè)溫精度的影響明顯降低。
[Abstract]:When uncooled infrared focal plane thermal imager is used for human body temperature measurement, it is necessary for infrared thermal imager to have high temperature measurement accuracy. For the uncooled infrared thermal imager, with the increase of ambient temperature and absorption of infrared radiation, there will be a more serious temperature drift phenomenon, which will affect the response characteristics of the infrared detector. As a result, the accuracy of temperature measurement is affected to a certain extent.
