探測(cè)器溫度對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀人體測(cè)溫的影響與修正

【摘要】:非制冷紅外焦平面熱像儀用于人體測(cè)溫時(shí),需要紅外熱像儀具有較高的測(cè)溫精度。而針對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀,隨著環(huán)境溫度以及吸收紅外輻射的增加,將會(huì)產(chǎn)生較為嚴(yán)重的溫度漂移現(xiàn)象,這會(huì)影響到紅外探測(cè)器的響應(yīng)特性,從而導(dǎo)致測(cè)溫精度受到一定的影響。為了消除這一影響,提出了一種新的校準(zhǔn)方法,該方法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)探測(cè)器溫度在10℃~50℃之間變化時(shí)對(duì)非制冷紅外熱像儀的高精度校準(zhǔn)。同時(shí),對(duì)該校準(zhǔn)方法的效果進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)校準(zhǔn)后的紅外熱像儀,探測(cè)器溫度漂移對(duì)測(cè)溫精度的影響明顯降低。
