用于三級輕氣炮彈速測量的改進型激光測速系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:激光測速技術(shù)幾乎可以滿足各類輕氣炮實驗中的彈速測量要求,具有響應速度快、對彈丸種類和形狀無限制等優(yōu)點。三級輕氣炮中彈丸加載速率較高,高溫彈前激波的發(fā)光干擾給彈丸激光測速帶來很大的困難。對彈前激波的發(fā)光強度進行了理論分析和估算,并綜合采用增加彈道消波裝置、改善激光光路、優(yōu)化測量電路等技術(shù)手段,改進了傳統(tǒng)激光測速系統(tǒng),增強了測速系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力,提高了信噪比,實現(xiàn)了三級輕氣炮中非金屬彈丸高達8.11 km/s彈速的精確測量。
[Abstract]:Laser velocimetry technique can almost meet the requirements of projectile velocity measurement in various light gas gun experiments, and has the advantages of fast response speed and no restriction on the type and shape of projectiles. The loading rate of the projectile is high in the three-stage light gas gun, and it is very difficult to measure the velocity of the projectile by the luminous interference of the shock wave in front of the high-temperature projectile. The luminous intensity of projectile front shock wave is theoretically analyzed and estimated, and the traditional laser velocity measuring system is improved by adding ballistic wave canceling device, improving laser light path, optimizing measuring circuit and so on. The anti-jamming ability and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the velocimetry system are enhanced, and the accurate measurement of the non-metal projectile velocity up to 8.11 km/s in the three-stage light gas gun is realized.
