鋼環(huán)反射式光柵編碼器在轉(zhuǎn)臺伺服系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在使用望遠鏡轉(zhuǎn)臺伺服控制系統(tǒng)中,精確檢測轉(zhuǎn)臺位置和速度對實現(xiàn)恒星,衛(wèi)星穩(wěn)定跟蹤非常重要,常規(guī)的增量式編碼器難以滿足跟蹤精度要求。鑒于此,選用一種高精度的鋼環(huán)反射式光柵編碼器(RESM20USA413),且與ARM處理器的接口電路簡單,對編碼器輸出信號進行了光學(xué)細分,濾波處理,并對系統(tǒng)進行了跟蹤測試。實驗結(jié)果表明:采用RESM20USA413作為直驅(qū)轉(zhuǎn)臺伺服系統(tǒng)的編碼器,方位,俯仰軸的跟蹤精度均在5″以下,滿足系統(tǒng)的跟蹤要求。
[Abstract]:In the servo control system of telescope turntable, it is very important to accurately detect the position and velocity of turntable to realize star tracking, and the conventional incremental encoder is difficult to meet the requirement of tracking accuracy. In view of this, a kind of high precision steel ring reflective grating encoder (RESM20USA413) is selected, and the interface circuit with ARM processor is simple. The output signal of the encoder is subdivided, filtered, and the system is tracked and tested. The experimental results show that the tracking accuracy of azimuth and pitch axis is less than 5 "using RESM20USA413 as the encoder of direct-drive turntable servo system, which meets the tracking requirements of the system.
