【摘要】：實(shí)踐教學(xué)是應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。針對我院電子信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)現(xiàn)行的"3+1"模式,著重研究了以校企合作模式如何提高校內(nèi)三年人才培養(yǎng)的的實(shí)踐效果。從企業(yè)參與制定人才培養(yǎng)方案、企業(yè)參與教學(xué)、企業(yè)參與實(shí)踐、企業(yè)參與師資隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)等方面進(jìn)行了介紹。由于企業(yè)百分百參與實(shí)踐教學(xué)的各個環(huán)節(jié),保證了實(shí)踐教學(xué)的效果,確保了人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Practice teaching is the key link in the training of applied talents.Aiming at the current "3+1" mode of electronic information science and Technology Specialty in our college,this paper mainly studies how to improve the practical effect of three-year personnel training in school by the school-enterprise cooperation mode.It is necessary for enterprises to participate in the formulation of personnel training plan,the enterprise to participate in teaching,the enterprise to participate in practice and the enterprise to participate in the training. Teachers'training and other aspects are introduced. As enterprises participate in all aspects of practical teaching, the effect of practical teaching is guaranteed and the quality of personnel training is guaranteed.
