用于空間碎片探測的百赫茲3.31 J高光束質(zhì)量全固態(tài)Nd:YAG激光器

【摘要】:基于激光二極管側(cè)面抽運棒狀放大器的方式,研制了一臺應用于空間碎片探測的高重復頻率、高光束質(zhì)量焦耳級的Nd:YAG納秒激光器.激光器采用主振蕩功率放大的結(jié)構(gòu),主要包括單縱模種子、預放大單元、受激布里淵散射相位共輒光束控制單元和能量提取單元四部分.在能量提取單元,為了減小熱效應對光束質(zhì)量的影響,降低了放大器的工作電流,采用了分束-放大-合束的方案.在重復頻率100 Hz,單縱模種子注入單脈沖能量10.73μJ的條件下,獲得了3.31 J的能量輸出.輸出激光的脈沖寬度為4,58 ns,遠場光束質(zhì)量為2.12倍衍射極限,能量穩(wěn)定性(BMS)為0.87%.
[Abstract]:Based on the laser diode side-pumped rod amplifier, a Nd:YAG nanosecond laser with high repetition rate and high beam quality is developed for space debris detection. The laser adopts the structure of main oscillation power amplification, which includes single longitudinal mode seed, preamplifier unit, stimulated Brillouin scattering phase control unit and energy extraction unit. In the energy extraction unit, in order to reduce the effect of thermal effect on the beam quality and reduce the working current of the amplifier, the scheme of split-amplifying and combining beam is adopted. At a repetition rate of 100 Hz and a single longitudinal mode seed injected with a single pulse energy of 10.73 渭 J, an energy output of 3.31 J was obtained. The pulse width of the output laser is 458 ns, the diffractive limit of the far-field beam is 2.12 times, and the energy stability (BMS) is 0.87.
