準東煤化學處理后堿金屬含量的激光測量研究

【摘要】:為了評價水洗、醋酸銨洗和鹽酸洗等化學處理方法去除準東煤中堿金屬的能力,分析激光誘導擊穿光譜(LIBS)技術(shù)快速測量煤中堿金屬含量的可行性和準確性,采用去離子水、醋酸銨溶液和稀鹽酸溶液依次對準東煤進行化學處理,并利用LIBS技術(shù)對各樣本中的Na,K元素進行測量,同時與電感耦合等離子光譜(ICP)檢測結(jié)果進行對比,得到了驗證LIBS技術(shù)測量準東煤中堿金屬含量可靠性的實驗數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,水洗等化學處理可高效地去除準東煤中的堿金屬,而LIBS技術(shù)對不同樣本中的Na,K元素測量重復性較好,并且具有較高的靈敏度和較低的檢測極限,LIBS檢測結(jié)果與ICP的相對誤差不超過7%。該結(jié)果說明LIBS可作為在線測量煤樣中堿金屬含量的一種有效手段。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the ability of chemical treatment such as water washing, ammonium acetate washing and hydrochloric acid washing to remove alkali metal from Zhundong coal, the feasibility and accuracy of rapid measurement of alkali metal content in coal by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) were analyzed, and deionized water was used. Ammonium acetate solution and dilute hydrochloric acid solution were used to chemically treat the east coal in turn, and the LIBS technique was used to measure the Na ~ (2 +) K element in each sample, and the results were compared with the results of inductively coupled plasma spectrum (ICP) detection. The experimental data are obtained to verify the reliability of LIBS technology in measuring alkali metal content in Jindong coal. The results show that chemical treatment such as water washing can effectively remove alkali metals from Zhundong coal, while LIBS technique has good repeatability for measuring Nafik in different samples. Moreover, the relative error between the results of libs and ICP is less than 7% with higher sensitivity and lower detection limit. The results show that LIBS can be used as an effective method for on-line measurement of alkali metal content in coal samples.
