低成本小型脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)建筑及工程測(cè)量等科學(xué)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展,激光測(cè)距技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域也日益廣泛,但與此同時(shí)科研領(lǐng)域?qū)τ诩す鉁y(cè)距系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度的要求也日趨嚴(yán)格。通常情況下,具有高精度特性的激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng),其總構(gòu)架及內(nèi)部電路設(shè)計(jì)十分復(fù)雜,進(jìn)而造成其體積過于龐大,不方便攜帶以及價(jià)格昂貴等諸多問題。為有效改善此現(xiàn)象,本文旨在保證一定測(cè)量量程及高測(cè)量精度的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)一套成本相對(duì)低廉且結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)。首先,在激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)低成本這一特性的實(shí)現(xiàn)上,本課題主要是通過選取性能高效,穩(wěn)定且相對(duì)平價(jià)的芯片及其他相關(guān)電子器件。其次,在激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu)及內(nèi)部功能電路簡(jiǎn)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)上,本課題在設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)射模塊,接收模塊及時(shí)間測(cè)量模塊時(shí)均采取內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)更為簡(jiǎn)單的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)方案。在完成對(duì)低成本小型脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作后,通過對(duì)其主要的功能電路進(jìn)行仿真,進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證該脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)的可行性,最后,就其測(cè)距系統(tǒng)的主要性能包括最大測(cè)程與測(cè)量精度進(jìn)行理論分析及驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),通過分析測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)而判斷設(shè)計(jì)的低成本小型脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)滿足測(cè)距性能要求。課題采用雙次測(cè)量的測(cè)距方法作為低成本小型脈沖激光測(cè)距系統(tǒng)的校準(zhǔn)方法,這將有效的消除測(cè)距系統(tǒng)自身的測(cè)量誤差,提升系統(tǒng)測(cè)距精度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology fields such as building and engineering surveying in China, the application of laser ranging technology is becoming more and more extensive, but at the same time, the requirement of measuring precision of laser ranging system is becoming more and more strict in the field of scientific research. In general, the overall structure and internal circuit design of laser ranging system with high accuracy is very complex, which leads to many problems, such as too large volume, inconvenient carrying and expensive price. In order to improve this phenomenon effectively, the purpose of this paper is to design a pulse laser ranging system with relatively low cost and relatively simple structure on the premise of certain measuring range and high measuring accuracy. First of all, in the realization of the low-cost laser ranging system, this topic is mainly through the selection of efficient, stable and relatively inexpensive chips and other related electronic devices. Secondly, in the design architecture of laser ranging system and the realization of the simplification of internal functional circuit, the design of transmitting module, receiving module and time measuring module are all adopted in the design of the hardware circuit with simpler internal structure. After the design of the low cost and small pulse laser ranging system is completed, the feasibility of the pulse laser ranging system is verified by the simulation of its main functional circuits. The main performance of the ranging system includes the theoretical analysis and verification experiment of the maximum measurement range and the measurement precision. By analyzing the test data, it is judged that the low cost and small pulse laser ranging system can meet the requirements of ranging performance. The double measurement method is used as the calibration method of the low cost pulse laser ranging system, which will effectively eliminate the measurement errors of the ranging system and improve the accuracy of the system.
