【摘要】：針對容差模擬電路故障診斷中存在的模糊性和隨機性問題,提出了一種基于多特征云關(guān)聯(lián)度的診斷算法。首先,結(jié)合模擬電路自身特性,提出與之相適合的組合云模型。之后,通過構(gòu)建云關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,對不同電路特征的云隸屬度進行綜合評價�？紤]到不同特征對總體云關(guān)聯(lián)度的貢獻不同,根據(jù)特征類內(nèi)和類間散度對云關(guān)聯(lián)度矩陣進行加權(quán)。最后,通過求取待識別特征向量與各故障模式的云關(guān)聯(lián)序列,實現(xiàn)對電路故障的識別診斷。實例分析表明,所提方法在容差條件下對電路軟故障有較高的診斷效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the fuzziness and randomness in fault diagnosis of tolerance analog circuits, a diagnosis algorithm based on multi-feature cloud correlation degree is proposed. Firstly, combined with the characteristics of analog circuits, a combined cloud model is proposed. Then, the cloud membership degree of different circuit features is evaluated synthetically by constructing cloud correlation matrix. Considering that the contribution of different features to the total cloud correlation degree is different, the cloud correlation degree matrix is weighted according to the characteristic intra-class and inter-class divergence. Finally, the identification and diagnosis of circuit faults are realized by finding the cloud correlation sequences between the feature vectors to be identified and each fault pattern. The analysis of examples shows that the proposed method has a high efficiency in the diagnosis of soft faults under the condition of tolerance.
