鎖模脈沖摻銩光纖激光器研究
[Abstract]:The laser output from mode-locked pulse thulium doped fiber laser is at 2 渭 m band. 2 渭 m laser has strong function of penetrating candle burning to biological tissue. Therefore, 2 渭 m laser can be used as a minimally invasive laser scalpel for accurate cutting and coagulation of biological tissues in the medical field. Using thulium doped pulsed fiber laser at 2 渭 m band as pump source, medium infrared nonlinear fiber such as sulfides and telluride as gain medium, wideband supercontinuum laser with long wave direction of 2.0 渭 m and 5.0 渭 m can be obtained. The laser in this band is mainly used in the detection of toxic gases, lidar, optoelectronic countermeasures and so on, and has gradually become a new type of laser light source that researchers are keen on. In this paper, two kinds of passively mode-locked thulium doped fiber lasers with different mechanisms are studied, and a large number of experiments are carried out. The 2 渭 m band pulsed laser and multi-wavelength laser output are realized. The experimental structure and experimental results are introduced. The main research work is summarized as follows: 1. A mode-locked pulse thulium doped fiber laser based on nonlinear polarization rotation effect is designed and proposed. The output of mode-locked pulse laser and tunable multi-wavelength laser are realized respectively. The pulse width of mode-locked pulse is 617ps.The repetition rate is 3.178MHz. The tunable multi-wavelength laser output tunable range is 33nm and the number of wavelengths is 1-5. The principle of thulium doped fiber laser operating in passive mode-locked state and multi-wavelength state based on nonlinear polarization rotation effect is analyzed. The traditional nonlinear polarization ring resonator is improved and the tunable pulse laser output is obtained. The center wavelength of the pulse output spectrum is tunable from 1835nm to 1929nm, the tuning range is 94 nm, the repetition rate of the pulse is 3.085 MHz, and the pulse width is 75 ps.3. A dissipative soliton resonant erbium-doped fiber laser based on a nonlinear amplifying loop mirror is studied. A dissipative soliton resonant square wave pulse laser is obtained in a cavity without color scattering compensation. The pulse width is broadened from 700ps to 3.7 ns, the single pulse energy is increased from 5.2 NJ to 27.4 nJ, the pulse repetition rate is 3.65 MHz, and the central wavelength corresponding to the output spectrum is 1572nm. The structure has good power and wavelength stability. A mode-locked pulse thulium doped fiber laser based on nonlinear amplifying loop mirror is studied. The mode-locked pulse at 2 渭 m band with repetition rate of 4.23 MHz and pulse width of 73ps are realized.
