可調(diào)雙頻帶通濾波器的研究及其在GNSS系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,隨著通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,GNSS(全球?qū)Ш叫l(wèi)星系統(tǒng))接收系統(tǒng)越來越得到重視,不僅要求小型化、低成本,還需要可以兼容多個系統(tǒng),而濾波器作為接收機前端部件,其功能和性能將直接影響接收機的應(yīng)用范圍。因此,針對多系統(tǒng)的兼容性,研究具有高調(diào)諧速度和高頻選特性的小型化電調(diào)濾波器具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價值。本文討論了加載變?nèi)荻䴓O管的可調(diào)諧雙頻帶通濾波器的設(shè)計,并對可調(diào)濾波器在GNSS系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。具體內(nèi)容如下:1.對一種帶寬獨立可調(diào)雙頻帶通濾波器進(jìn)行研究。采用開路枝節(jié)加載E型諧振器設(shè)計單頻帶通濾波器,將兩個單頻帶通濾波器通過共用輸入輸出端口方式并聯(lián)起來,實現(xiàn)雙頻特性,并提出Π型饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)以增強耦合。然后,通過在加載的開路枝節(jié)的開路端加載變?nèi)荻䴓O管改變加載枝節(jié)的等效電長度,使得兩諧振頻率之差可調(diào),最終實現(xiàn)濾波器帶寬獨立可調(diào)。2.設(shè)計了一款新型的頻率獨立可調(diào)雙頻帶通濾波器;陂_路枝節(jié)加載雙模諧振器,提出了一種新型的四模諧振器。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用交指耦合饋電方式設(shè)計了雙頻帶通濾波器。然后通過在諧振器四個開路端分別加載變?nèi)荻䴓O管來改變四個諧振頻率,實現(xiàn)濾波器頻率的獨立可調(diào)。3.提出了一款新型的帶寬和頻率均獨立可調(diào)的雙頻帶通濾波器。參考短路枝節(jié)加載雙模諧振器,設(shè)計了一種四模諧振器。并基于此諧振器設(shè)計一款雙頻帶通濾波器,設(shè)計中采用交指耦合饋電方式,并加入源與負(fù)載耦合路徑引入傳輸零點,增強帶外抑制。最終,通過在諧振器的四個開路端和兩個短路端分別加載變?nèi)荻䴓O管的方法來改變諧振頻率,實現(xiàn)濾波器頻率和帶寬的獨立可調(diào)。4.完成GNSS接收機系統(tǒng)的搭建和測試。設(shè)計了一款寬帶圓極化天線和一款三級低噪聲放大器,與可調(diào)濾波器和GPS接收機一起組成GNSS接收機系統(tǒng),成功實現(xiàn)了搜星功能,體現(xiàn)了可調(diào)濾波器的重要性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of communication technology, GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite system) receiving system has been paid more and more attention. It not only requires miniaturization, low cost, but also can be compatible with multiple systems. Its function and performance will directly affect the scope of application of the receiver. Therefore, for the compatibility of multi-systems, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the miniaturized electromodulation filters with high tuning speed and high frequency selection characteristics. In this paper, the design of tunable dual-band band-pass filter with loaded varactor diode is discussed, and the application of tunable filter in GNSS system is studied. The details are as follows: 1. A bandwidth-independent tunable dual-band band-pass filter is studied. A single-band pass filter is designed by using an open-circuit branch loaded E resonator. Two single-band pass filters are connected in parallel through the common input and output ports to realize the dual-frequency characteristic. Moreover, a 蟺 type feed network is proposed to enhance the coupling. Then, by loading the varactor at the open end of the loaded open branch, the equivalent electric length of the loading branch is changed, which makes the difference between the two resonant frequencies adjustable, and the bandwidth of the filter can be adjusted independently. 2. A novel frequency independent tunable dual band pass filter is designed. A novel four-mode resonator is proposed based on open branch loaded double mode resonator. On this basis, a dual band pass filter is designed by means of cross-finger coupling feed. Then the four resonant frequencies are changed by loading the varactor diodes at each of the four open ends of the resonator and the frequency of the filter can be adjusted independently. 3. A novel dual band pass filter with adjustable bandwidth and frequency is proposed. A four-mode resonator is designed with reference to the short-circuit branch loaded dual-mode resonator. A dual-band bandpass filter is designed based on this resonator. The cross-finger coupling feed mode is used in the design and the source and load coupling path is added to the transmission zero to enhance the out-of-band suppression. Finally, the resonant frequency is changed by loading the varactor diode at the four open circuit and two short circuit ends of the resonator, and the frequency and bandwidth of the filter can be adjusted independently. 4. Build and test the GNSS receiver system. A wide-band circular polarization antenna and a three-stage low-noise amplifier are designed. The GNSS receiver system is composed of tunable filter and GPS receiver. The star-searching function is successfully realized and the importance and effectiveness of the tunable filter is demonstrated.
