基于螺旋單元的超表面極化轉(zhuǎn)換器研究

【摘要】:超表面材料是一種具有強(qiáng)大電磁操控能力的人工復(fù)合介質(zhì),常用于實(shí)現(xiàn)吸波、濾波和極化轉(zhuǎn)換等功能。本文提出一種基于螺旋單元的超表面極化轉(zhuǎn)換器,通過對(duì)螺旋單元輻射場(chǎng)的原理分析,得到螺旋單元的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并詳細(xì)分析了線性極化波入射時(shí),該極化轉(zhuǎn)換器對(duì)應(yīng)的有效工作頻帶、入射角適應(yīng)范圍和極化波軸比。HFSS仿真結(jié)果表明,該超表面材料,在2.5~3.5GHz頻段內(nèi),入射角適應(yīng)范圍為0~70?,-10dB反射波衰減的相對(duì)帶寬大于10%,在對(duì)應(yīng)頻段內(nèi)透射波的電場(chǎng)軸比小于2,接近圓極化波,達(dá)到了較好的極化轉(zhuǎn)換器效果。
[Abstract]:Super-surface material is a kind of artificial composite medium with powerful electromagnetic control ability, which is often used for absorbing, filtering and polarization conversion. In this paper, a supersurface polarization converter based on spiral element is proposed. By analyzing the principle of radiation field of spiral element, the optimal design parameters of spiral element are obtained, and the incident linear polarization wave is analyzed in detail. The simulation results of the effective frequency band, the adaptive range of incident angle and the polarization wave axis ratio of the polarization converter show that the supersurface material is in the 2.5~3.5GHz band. The adaptive range of incident angle is 0 ~ 70 ~ 10dB, the relative bandwidth of reflection wave attenuation is greater than 10, and the electric field axis ratio of transmitted wave is less than 2 in the corresponding frequency band, which is close to the circular polarization wave and achieves a good polarization converter effect.
