無線通信系統(tǒng)射頻前端高性能小型化濾波器研究

【摘要】:濾波器作為無線通信系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分,用以抑制帶外干擾和諧波,其性能和體積是實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)高性能、小型化的關(guān)鍵。特別是在當(dāng)今無線通信中廣泛應(yīng)用,頻譜資源短缺的情況下,高性能濾波器對多模、多頻無線通信設(shè)備尤為重要。由于成本、性能等綜合因素,濾波器采用傳統(tǒng)的工藝實(shí)現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致性能較差、體積較大,阻礙了濾波器朝著小型化、高性能發(fā)展。波導(dǎo)濾波器和微帶濾波器都具有易設(shè)計(jì)、低成本、小尺寸、易于與其它電路集成等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且可利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PCB工藝制作,自問世以來即受到廣泛關(guān)注。本論文針對半模基片集成波導(dǎo)和其它平面諧振器展開小型化和高性能濾波器研究,結(jié)合無線通信系統(tǒng)實(shí)際需求,深入探討雙帶、寬帶、三帶等不同要求下,濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵問題,利用了行之有效的小型化高性能濾波器設(shè)計(jì)方案,取得如下成果:1.利用CSRR-HMSIW結(jié)構(gòu)分別與緊湊型短路CRLH-TL結(jié)構(gòu)和CSRR-DGS結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了兩款雙帶濾波器。提出了CSRR-HMSIW結(jié)構(gòu)和緊湊型短路CRLH-TL結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)合方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高性能、小型化的雙帶濾波特性;采用電路和結(jié)構(gòu)的曲線擬合比較法得到了CSRR-HMSIW和CSRR-DGS的雙帶濾波器單元結(jié)構(gòu)與等效電路之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,聯(lián)級兩個單元結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了中心頻率分別為2.5GHz和5.4GHz的雙帶濾波器。選用錐形漸變饋電的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了模式變換和阻抗匹配,提高了濾波器的外部品質(zhì)因素。2.利用新型的階躍阻抗諧振器(SIR)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了一款雙帶濾波器和三帶濾波器。運(yùn)用奇偶模理論分析了SIR諧振器的阻抗比、電長度與諧振器基頻、諧波的關(guān)系,確定了SIR實(shí)現(xiàn)小型化設(shè)計(jì)方案。在設(shè)計(jì)雙帶濾波器中,采用了斜對稱的0°耦合饋電結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了阻帶傳輸零點(diǎn)的引入,提高了帶外抑制性能。并引入源和負(fù)載之間的耦合與新型的SIR特性設(shè)計(jì)了三帶濾波器,減小了濾波器尺寸。3.提出了基于雙閉環(huán)SIR諧振器結(jié)構(gòu)的雙帶濾波器。利用奇偶模理論分析確定了其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與性能之間的關(guān)系,采用耦合饋電方式,在阻帶產(chǎn)生了四個傳輸零點(diǎn),提高了阻帶抑制特性和通帶間的隔離。4.利用三模SIR結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了寬帶濾波器。應(yīng)用奇偶模理論分析了三模SIR諧振器結(jié)構(gòu),利用電磁場仿真軟件驗(yàn)證了該結(jié)構(gòu)的特性,確定了諧振頻點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)間的關(guān)系,應(yīng)用該結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和制作了一款寬帶濾波器。實(shí)測結(jié)果表明,此濾波器插入損耗小于0.39dB,而且通帶平坦度、頻率選擇特性性能優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:As an important part of wireless communication system, filter is used to suppress out-of-band interference and harmonics. Its performance and volume are the key to achieve high performance and miniaturization of the system. Especially in today's wireless communication, high performance filter is very important for multi-mode and multi-frequency wireless communication equipment. Because of the comprehensive factors such as cost and performance, the filter is realized by traditional technology, which leads to poor performance and large volume, which hinders the development of filter towards miniaturization and high performance. Waveguide filters and microstrip filters have the advantages of easy design, low cost, small size, easy integration with other circuits, and can be fabricated by standard PCB technology. In this paper, the miniaturization and high performance filter research for half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and other planar resonators is carried out. Combined with the actual demand of wireless communication system, the requirements of dual-band, wideband and three-band are discussed deeply. The key problems of filter structure design are discussed. The effective miniaturization and high performance filter design scheme is used, and the following results are obtained: 1. 1. Two kinds of double band filters are designed by using CSRR-HMSIW structure, compact short circuit CRLH-TL structure and CSRR-DGS structure, respectively. The combination of CSRR-HMSIW structure and compact short circuit CRLH-TL structure is proposed to realize the high performance and miniaturized dual-band filter. By using the curve fitting comparison method of circuit and structure, the corresponding relationship between the structure of dual-band filter unit and equivalent circuit of CSRR-HMSIW and CSRR-DGS is obtained, and the dual-band filter with center frequency of 2.5GHz and 5.4GHz is designed in the two unit structures. The mode transformation and impedance matching are realized by tapered gradual feed, which improves the external quality factor of filter. 2. A two-band filter and three-band filter are designed using a new step impedance resonator (SIR) structure. The relationship between impedance ratio, electric length and fundamental frequency and harmonic of SIR resonator is analyzed by using odd-even mode theory, and the miniaturization design scheme of SIR is determined. In the design of the dual-band filter, the skew symmetrical 0 擄coupling feed structure is adopted, the zero point of stopband transmission is introduced, and the performance of out-of-band suppression is improved. The coupling between the source and the load and the new SIR characteristic are introduced to design the three-band filter, which reduces the filter size. A double band filter based on double closed loop SIR resonator structure is proposed. The relationship between structure parameters and performance is determined by using even and odd mode theory. Four transmission zeros are generated in stopband by coupling feed mode, which improves stopband suppression characteristics and isolation between passbands. 4. A three-mode SIR structure is used to design a wide band filter. The structure of three-mode SIR resonator is analyzed by using even-odd mode theory. The characteristics of the structure are verified by electromagnetic field simulation software. The relationship between resonance frequency and structural parameters is determined. A wideband filter is designed and fabricated with this structure. The experimental results show that the insertion loss of the filter is less than 0.39 dB, and the pass band flatness and frequency selection performance are excellent.
