可切換帶寬的可調(diào)頻率帶通濾波器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:提出了一種可切換固定帶寬的可調(diào)頻率帶通濾波器新結(jié)構(gòu),且實(shí)現(xiàn)了在帶寬切換前后都能保持固定帶寬的特性。基于諧振線間的耦合系數(shù)提取算法,參考濾波器綜合理論,設(shè)計(jì)并加工了工作頻段為1.3~1.45 GHz的開(kāi)環(huán)微帶諧振可切換帶寬的可調(diào)頻率帶通濾波器。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,在整個(gè)工作頻段內(nèi),3 d B帶寬在切換前后分別為120 MHz、100 MHz和80 MHz,對(duì)應(yīng)的插入損耗各是-2.9 d B、-2.4 d B、-2.6 d B,測(cè)試結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果吻合良好。該濾波器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、加工難度低、體積小、饋電控制簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:A novel tunable frequency bandpass filter with switchable fixed bandwidth is proposed, and the characteristics of maintaining fixed bandwidth before and after bandwidth switching are realized. Based on the coupling coefficient extraction algorithm between resonant lines and the theory of reference filter synthesis, a tunable frequency bandpass filter with an open-loop microstrip resonant switchable bandwidth of 1.3 ~ 1.45 GHz is designed and fabricated. The test results show that the bandwidth of 3 dB is 120 MHz / 100 MHz and 80 MHz before and after switching, respectively, and the corresponding insertion loss is -2.9 dB ~ (2. 4) D ~ (2. 6) dB ~ (2. 6) dB respectively. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The filter has the advantages of simple structure, low processing difficulty, small volume and simple feed control.
