【摘要】：激光技術(shù)人才是促進(jìn)激光產(chǎn)業(yè)快速、健康發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,其飛速發(fā)展對(duì)高校激光技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求。將產(chǎn)學(xué)研模式引入到激光技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)模式的創(chuàng)新,探討產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),并提出了產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式的建議。最后,以大族激光和湖南大學(xué)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作為實(shí)例,分析了激光技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)中引入產(chǎn)學(xué)研模式的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)成果,為其他高校和激光企業(yè)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作提供了建議,具有一定的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Laser technical talents are the backbone force to promote the rapid and healthy development of laser industry. Its rapid development has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of laser technical talents in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the model of production, education and research into the cultivation of laser technical talents, realizes the innovation of the training mode, probes into the advantages of the combination of production, education and research, and puts forward some suggestions on the mode of talent training of the combination of production, teaching and research. Finally, taking the cooperation between Dazu laser and Hunan University as an example, the paper analyzes the innovative practical results of introducing the model of production, education and research into the cultivation of laser technical talents, and provides suggestions for the cooperation between other universities and laser enterprises. It has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
