基于光纖激光器泵浦的高功率準(zhǔn)連續(xù)Ho∶YLF激光器

【摘要】:2μm激光器作為中波紅外固體激光器的泵浦源方案之一,由于可以獲得較高的中波紅外激光輸出,因此逐漸得到重視。設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于1 940nm光纖激光器泵浦的高平均功率準(zhǔn)連續(xù)Ho∶YLF激光器,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,表明在Ho離子摻雜濃度0.5%、晶體長(zhǎng)度35mm、晶體控溫20℃時(shí),采用雙棒串接、平凹腔L型結(jié)構(gòu)獲得了36 W的準(zhǔn)連續(xù)2.067μm激光輸出,其最高光光轉(zhuǎn)換效率為51.4%,重復(fù)頻率20kHz,脈沖寬度121ns,譜線寬度小于3nm。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了采用1 940nm光纖激光器泵浦作為泵浦Ho∶YLF獲得高功率準(zhǔn)連續(xù)2μm激光的可行性。
