基于場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管與階躍恢復(fù)二極管的皮秒級(jí)脈沖源設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)已有脈沖源無(wú)法兼顧脈沖寬度和幅值的現(xiàn)象,提出一種基于場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管(MOSFET)和階躍恢復(fù)二極管(SRD)相結(jié)合的皮秒級(jí)脈沖源設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過(guò)研究分析傳統(tǒng)的幾種脈沖源的設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)出一種百伏級(jí)的高重頻皮秒級(jí)脈沖發(fā)生器,在PSPICE上對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行仿真并制作出脈沖源PCB板,實(shí)測(cè)在2MHz的重頻下產(chǎn)生半幅脈寬約為400ps、幅度110V以上的極窄脈沖,波形穩(wěn)定,為高分辨的超寬帶探測(cè)雷達(dá)發(fā)射機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了新的選擇方案。
[Abstract]:A picosecond pulse source design scheme based on field effect transistor (MOSFET) and step recovery diode (SRD) is proposed. Based on the research and analysis of several traditional pulse source design schemes, a high voltage picosecond pulse generator with high repetition frequency is designed. The design scheme is simulated on PSpice and the PCB board of pulse source is made. The half-amplitude pulse width is about 400 pss and the amplitude is more than 110 V, and the waveform is stable, which provides a new choice for the design of high resolution ultra-wideband detection radar transmitter.
