用于探測器中紅外絕對光譜響應(yīng)度測量的激光源

【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)中紅外探測器絕對光譜響應(yīng)度高準(zhǔn)確度的測量,從理論和實驗上研究了中紅外波段激光的功率穩(wěn)定性的提高和光束質(zhì)量的優(yōu)化方法。采用聲光調(diào)制和反饋控制的方法,把中紅外激光的功率穩(wěn)定性提高到0.1%以內(nèi);根據(jù)高斯光束傳輸理論計算了所需空間濾波器的各項參數(shù),設(shè)計了中紅外空間濾波器,搭建了相應(yīng)的實驗裝置,顯著提高了中紅外激光光束質(zhì)量。為中紅外絕對光譜響應(yīng)度的高準(zhǔn)確度測量提供了一個可靠的中紅外波段激光光源。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the absolute spectral responsivity of the mid-infrared detector with high accuracy, the methods of improving the power stability and optimizing the beam quality of the mid-infrared laser are studied theoretically and experimentally. By using acousto-optic modulation and feedback control, the power stability of the mid-infrared laser is improved to less than 0.1%, and the parameters of the required spatial filter are calculated according to the Gao Si beam propagation theory, and the mid-infrared spatial filter is designed. A corresponding experimental device has been set up to improve the beam quality of mid-infrared laser. A reliable mid-infrared laser source is provided for the high accuracy measurement of the absolute spectral responsivity.
