電子結(jié)構(gòu)件連續(xù)成形角精度的研究
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic information technology, electronic products are more and more widely used in life. Electronic structure is used to carry electronic components. The design and use of electronic structure are more and more strict, and the requirement of angle precision of electronic structure is becoming higher and higher. However, there are few researches on the angle accuracy of continuous forming at home and abroad. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influence of the continuous forming factors on the forming angle accuracy of electronic structural parts in order to guide the actual production. In this paper, a television structure is selected as a typical electronic structure. The influence of continuous forming factors on its angle accuracy is studied. The influencing factors are material performance, relative bending radius r / t value. Bending angle r value, bending length L and indentation groove. The influence parameters of this study are selected according to the actual workpiece. Three kinds of materials, SECC-DC01QSTE500TM, which are commonly used in electronic structural parts, are selected for the study. The main work is as follows: through testing the properties of three kinds of materials, calculating the performance parameters of sheet metal, preparing the material for the simulation, using Autoform to analyze the angle accuracy of continuous forming; Different simulation schemes are designed for each factor affecting angle precision of continuous forming, and the influence law of each factor on angle precision is determined by simulation. It is concluded that the smaller the yield strength of the material, the greater the thickness of the material, the smaller the relative bending radius r / t, and the longer the bending length L, the higher the angle accuracy of continuous forming. In addition, increasing the indentation groove at the bending point can obviously reduce the angle springback angle, which can obviously improve the angle precision. The order of influencing factors of angle precision on angle is as follows: the relative bending radius of indentation groove is r / t, and the length of bending at the corner r value of the bending part is L _ (1). The order of the influence on the angle is as follows: (1) the bending length of the part with indentation groove relative to the bending radius (r / t) in the bending part.
